· researching in various critical strategic HR domains and been conferred Doctorate in Management for my significant work on achieving quality excellence through value-stream mapping by innovative HR practices. Have been member of Research Committees in SIESCOM, ITM, GRTF & ABTMC, also taking pre-Doctoral Research classes and guidance to Ph.D students. I am a recognized Research Guide for BITS,Mesra and ITM and guided scholars including the present Director of Atharva Institute of Management, Dr RG Ratnawat. Many of my Research Papers have been published in reputed national & international journals.

Experience in education

Guest-faculty to talk on management & HR topics at the training institutes of PSUs,Reserve Bank of India, IDBI,PNB,BOI and premier Management Schools like IIM, IIT,SIESCOM, IGNOU, AIM, Christ College of Management,Bangalore,KIIT,FRIM,PIM,SASMIRA,ITM,CHETNA,VRIMS & GNVS etc. One scholar has already been awarded Ph.D on Performance Management from BITS under my guidance and presently guiding 3 more Research Scholars for their Ph.D. I am also a member of the Board of Studies, Expert Committee for Ph.D at SIESCOM-BESUS & ITM-BITS Universities.
