Level up your Data Skills: Tableau Workshop (Version 1) organized by the Analytics Club at NMIMS, Navi Mumbai on October 9th, 2023, was a resounding success. The workshop was aimed at equipping participants with the basic skills and knowledge required to effectively use Tableau, a powerful data visualization and analytics tool. Dr. Mukund Madhav Tripathi, Associate Dean, SOC, NMIMS, Navi Mumbai, was the instructor for the event. Dr. Tripathi, an esteemed faculty member, started the workshop with an engaging session on the fundamentals of Tableau. His extensive knowledge and experience in the field of data analytics made him the perfect instructor for this workshop. The participants had the opportunity to apply what they learned in real-time during hands-on sessions. They were provided with sample datasets to practice creating visualizations and dashboards under Dr. Tripathi's guidance. At the end of the workshop, all 60 participants received a certificate of participation, recognizing their commitment to enhancing their data skills. Dr. Tripathi's expertise, combined with the interactive sessions and hands-on practice, made it an insightful and enriching experience for all attendees. The success of Tableau Workshop (Version 1) has generated excitement among the participants, and it was announced that a more advanced Version 2 of the workshop is in the works.
